Job description:responsible for daily operations follow-up, communication with drivers, school management and sector, and executing the approved operational plan. , solve all daily operational problems in coordination with the operations supervisor , work towards achieving the company's goals in improving the level of transport service., enhance the efficiency and performance of the team and achieve the targeted profitability.responsibilities:responsible for following up on daily transport and operations activities, as followsexplain job tasks to drivers.train drivers on student transport routes.monitor daily bus malfunctions.quick resolution of operational problems.prepare and follow up on the driver-training program.supervise the process of receiving and handing over buses to drivers (beginning and end of the school year – hajj season).work on attracting new drivers based on operational requirements.monitor the process of refueling and cleaning buses.receive fuel and bus cleaning invoices from stations and deliver them to the operations supervisor.compile all operational data during the first month of the school year.receive lists of student names and direct observation reports of buses/vehicles from drivers and contractors.avl tracking:monitor the implementation of transportation work through the tracking program:daily bus movement report.daily distance traveled report.report of bus movements outside official working hour’s daily/weekly.report on the number of tracking devices that need maintenance or installation. skillsrequirements:bachelor’s degree high school.     transportation industry experience     minimum of 1-3 years of experience knowledge, skills & abilities ability to lead a team.ability to work under pressure.knowledge of computer use.
