Flow has partnered with a leading bank who are hiring a distribution manager to be based in umm al quwain.key aspects of the role include:lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets.oversee sales activities ensuring alignment with organizational goals and targets.possess a high degree of understanding of credit products and policies to ensure compliance and informed decision-making in the distribution process.collaborate with relevant departments to improve and optimize credit product offerings based on market demands.monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.skillsto be successful you will need to meet the following:graduate with additional banking or business qualifications.minimum 5-10 years’ experience in sales management across multiple products and locations.at least 5 years’ experience in managing sales and distribution channels specifically with a high degree of exposure to manage branch-based sales. strong understanding of sales costs, credit products and policies.proven experience in managing teams with a focus on sales and people management.must have access and connections in government departments.applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
