1. ensure preventive maintenance is progressing in full methodology spirit and utilizing sap tools 2. ensure that all packing & making line have plc software pack up 3. ensure that all scada in packing line have software pack up 4. increase the team capability in plc & scada (troubleshooting, upload. download, then modify the ladder diagram plc software) 5. couching for the team the right way for troubleshooting 6. participate in defining strategy to stop accelerated deterioration utilizing am methodology & support operation am journey where needed 7. participate in developing safe workplace by following and benchmarking safety guidelines and ensures that his team are adhering to the smff safety & quality standard 8. represent his area while review the s/d plan with planning and operation team 9. review and manage spares inventory & consumables with storeroom team 10. review and reporting of maintenance cost and identification of improvements 11. review/update his sap pm01 planned maintenance activities with planner to add, remove or adjust the qouality of maintenance tasks as necessary 12. review of skill gaps and conduct / organize awareness & training for his team in order to build their technical capability 13. support other areas within the maintenance department and/or other functions within the company where it is needed 14. lead the implementation of pdm (vibration analysis) in his area 15. lead the implementation of direct coupling rotating machines alignment in his areaskillsexperience more than +6 years.plc knowledge.worked in food & beverages companies.supervisor & engineer. knowledge upgrade package machines.english speak & write.troubleshooting.
