Senior branch supervisor - saudi arabia, jizan

Purposeto manage branch sales activities in order to deliver the agreed sales objectives, customer satisfaction levels, and profitability targets within acc’s operational plans, and adopted policies and procedures.sales operations· lead, manage, and monitor all branch activities and operations· suggest and implement promotions, product packaging, and prospect activities to drive sales efforts and assess their impact and profitability· ensure the branch’s identity and image are maintained positively· lead regular meetings with branch staff to check on sales status and resolve any issues· approve special discounts and credit approvals within authority limits· monitor receivables and follow-up with customers to determine reason for payment delinquency and obtain payment commitment· generate, develop and communicate market opportunities within the region to the sales general managercustomer relationship management· build and maintain long-term customer relationships with the branch’s customers to ensure identifying and addressing their current and future needs· ensure customer relationship management techniques are applied by the branch’s staff including advising customers on the market’s trends and offerings to increase customers’ loyalty to acc· address and resolve disputes with branch customers to ensure customer retention and protect acc’s market positioningreporting and relationship management· liaise with operational managers throughout company (e.g. parts, or marketing) to coordinate scheduled branch activities with their operations· monitor, analyze and report on sales volumes, gross profits, sales trends and movements to determine ways to drive profitability· monitor, analyze and report on the branch’s performance against targets such as sales and gross profit margins, and determine reasons for variances· monitor the competition’s activities and pricing, and recommend improvements to current offerings to enhance acc’s competitive positioningbudget· manage the branch’s budgeting cycle and provide input to the budgeting process· ensure effective utilization of the branch’s budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered· investigate and propose implementing strategies that result in positive financial impact for acc and mitigates financial and operational riskspolicies, processes and procedures· recommend improvements to the branch’s policies, and direct the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering high quality and cost-effective results· stimulate subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvementsafety, health and environment· ensure compliance to all relevant safety, health and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across activities in order to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance and responsible environmental behaviors· report on incident and accident occurrences to the concerned parties in order to address current and mitigate future risks· monitor changes to legislation and acc’s activities, and ensure such changes are covered within all relevant safety, health and environmental management policies, procedures and controlsskillsknowledge and experience· 5 to 7 years of experience in sales and business development, with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory position· previous sales experience is required· previous inventory management experience is preferred· previous machinery systems market knowledge and experience is required· previous customer relationship management experience is required· saudi nationalityeducation and certifications· a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent is required
