We are currently seeking an experienced industrial mechanic to join our team in khamis mushait, saudi arabia. the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance and repair. this position requires strong mechanical and technical skills, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with various types of machinery. the industrial mechanic will be responsible for conducting regular inspections, performing preventive maintenance tasks, and repairing machinery as needed. the successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.responsibilities:conduct regular inspections of industrial machinery to identify any issues or potential problems.perform preventive maintenance tasks, including lubricating parts, replacing filters, and cleaning equipment.diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with machinery, using various diagnostic tools and equipment.repair or replace defective parts, such as motors, bearings, belts, and valves.calibrate and adjust machinery to ensure proper performance and operation.document all maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and work performed.collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritize repairs.adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while performing maintenance and repair tasks.stay updated on industry trends and advancements in machinery maintenance and repair techniques.preferred candidate:minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance and repair.strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.ability to work independently and as part of a team.strong attention to detail and accuracy.good communication and interpersonal skills.ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.knowledge of safety regulations and guidelines related to machinery maintenance and repair.skillsproficiency in operating and maintaining various types of industrial machinery.knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.experience with welding and fabrication.familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (cmms).ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely.
