S a sales support specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in achieving their goals and ensuring customer satisfaction. you will work closely with both the sales team and our valued clients to provide exceptional service and assistance throughout the sales process. your responsibilities will include:- assisting the sales team in managing customer inquiries, requests, and orders promptly and professionally.- collaborating with internal teams such as finance, logistics, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.- providing product information, pricing details, and relevant documentation to customers, enabling them to make informed purchasing decisions.- maintaining accurate customer databases and updating customer records as required.- generating reports and analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.- helping coordinate sales events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.- supporting the sales team in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.skillsdiploma/ b.s. in industrial design, marketing, managementproven experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in 3d printing.excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external customers.strong organizational and multitasking abilities to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.proficiency in using crm software and ms office suite.a proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.familiarity with sales techniques and customer relationship management.
