We are looking for a trainee applicator (mason) to join our team in umm al quwain, uae. as a trainee applicator, you will be responsible for assisting in the application of various construction materials, such as coatings, flooring, and concrete, to build and repair structures. this is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in the construction industry.responsibilities:assist in the preparation and setup of samples and tools.learn and follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.support the applicator in applying construction materials, coatings, floorings, concrete, to build and repair structures.assist in measuring, cutting, and shaping construction materials according to specifications.clean and maintain tools and equipment after use.learn and adopt best practices in construction techniques and methods.follow instructions from senior team members and contribute to a positive team environment.report any issues or concerns to the supervisor or senior team members.adhere to project timelines and deadlines.ensure compliance with construction and safety regulations.preferred candidate:iti certificate.1-3 years of experience in the construction industry is preferred.ability to work in a team and follow instructions from senior team members.physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks.attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines.flexibility to work extended hours and weekends if required.skillsknowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment.ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.physical strength and stamina for manual labor tasks.attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures.good communication and interpersonal skills.
