Responsibilities:booking processing:handle incoming reservation inquiries through various channels (phone, email, online).assist customers in making reservations, modifying existing bookings, and providing necessary information.customer service:provide courteous and efficient customer service to address guest queries and concerns.ensure a positive customer experience by accommodating special requests and preferences.reservation system operation:navigate and utilize the reservation system to process bookings accurately.maintain up-to-date knowledge of available rooms, rates, and promotions.communication and coordination:communicate effectively with other departments to relay guest information and special requests.collaborate with the reservation manager to optimize room inventory and occupancy.record keeping:maintain accurate and organized records of reservations and guest information.generate reports as required by management for analysis and decision-making.skillsqualifications:customer service experience is essential; prior experience in reservation or front desk roles is a plus.strong communication skills, both verbal and written.ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.familiarity with reservation systems and basic computer proficiency.a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
