The sie training instructor is responsible for day-to-day delivery of training, both formal and on-the-job. he is alsoto act as a subject matter expert (sme) in his allotted discipline. he is responsible for ensuring effective deliveryof training using sie courseware and any additional tasks related to the technical operator training program.delivers and co-ordinates coaching for the on-the-job training (ojt) to border guard (bg) personnel performingtheir daily work on the new border security system focus on the sie technical solution.the sie training instructor (tot) reports to the regional training managers (rtms).in addition close liaison and cooperation with the training delivery team and other system subject matter experts(smes), designs, develops and maintains course material it and technical training (radar, c2/c4 environments, camera, infrared, communications)training, on-the-job training (ojt) and coachingvery good understanding of organizational processes (training processes desirable)very good understanding of technical systemsgeneral to expert computer literacysound understanding of the sat, tna, tdd, td & evaluation processesunderstanding of the application of course design and development processesunderstanding of the technology of the new border security system.understanding the roles and responsibilities of the new conops.intercultural competence.good communication skills; both written and verbal.strong service orientation and delivery focused, team player.cost and quality sensitiveness.solution oriented / dedicated.flexible / both motivated and motivating / self-confident / convincing.ability to work under pressure and according to deadlines.skillsvalidate pilot courses delivered occasional face-to-face customer liaisoncompliance with costumer training requirements promote training capabilities
