3-5 years of experience preferred in beverage / bottling or fmcg industries as production supervisor.should have experience in starting/stopping/joggling equipment and operating equipment in “auto” and “manual/jog.”should have experience in identifying and clearing material jams in a production line.ability to stand, walk, climb, bend and stoop throughout shift. experience in reading and following written sop’s (standard operating procedures) or instructions. core competencies:should be able to manage a team and work under pressure. personal performance and technical expertise.effective communication   collaboration and teamwork.summarize hours paid for all operators and packaging line performers for each product line.tabulate gross production from all product runs.administrate machineries downtime, line productivity, packaging yield loss, production breakage, production productivity, and schedule compliance, measure for each product run. reconcile the daily report hours for all production lines performers with the actual hours paid from the payroll system.reconcile the reported container usage with weekly physical inventory disappearance for the same items.tabulate a total figure for production breakage in bases sales units by subtracting net production from gross for each run and shift.supervised production for quality product through continual monitoring of line operation.order and check necessary packaging materials and supplies.inspect machinery and equipment for proper operation.ensure periodic quality checks are performed (i.e. brix, ta, co2, etc.)effectively utilize labour hours to maximize product yields and minimize waste and breakage.accurate document and analyse daily production line reports in a timely manner.complete daily production reports at end of shift.maintain all housekeeping and safety standards.ensure all raw materials and full goods are properly stored and protected.improve plant audit performance and work environment.instruct and train all production personnel in proper safety procedures and regulations.eliminate on hand accident and improve plant safety.coordinate with line qc, syrup chemist, microbiology chemist, maintenance supervisor (mechanical and electrical), line mechanic and electrician, warehouse and material controller.perform other duties as assigned.skillsgood manufacturing practice (gmp)strong leadership, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. must have good mechanical aptitude. must be able to identify and address (troubleshoot) complex process issues that can be resolve by adjusting speed, pressure, temperature liquid levels.
