Duties and responsibilities1 seek to optimize individuals' level of functioning whose difficulties are congenital or as the result of an accident, aging, lifestyle or illness.2 review referrals and patient records to determine the nature of intervention in an in-patient and out-patient capacity.3 plans, organizes and conducts occupational therapy program in the hospital or community setting to facilitate development and rehabilitation of mentally and physically challenged clients.4 performs assessment and treatment of all occupational therapy clients as stipulated in the scope of practice.5 develop treatment protocols and home programs which will assist the client to regain physical functioning or adjust to the impairment.6 attend multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient management.7 liaise with a wide variety of other professionals, as well as patient's families regarding holistic patient management.8 provides written reports and notes for individual patients on clinical findings and maintains progress reports on patients.9 maintain knowledge of current development and new techniques within the occupational therapy profession so as to provide the current treatment to patients when appropriate.10 designing and manufacture of assistive devices for the individuals work/ living environment as well as instructing the patients in the use of assistive devices and home programs to be used at home.11 participate actively in the department delegated committee task to ensure quality and effective function of the department.12 participate in the in-service training held in the in the department and other departments when needed.13 establishes and maintains quality standards of care for individuals.14 participate in supervision and training of interns and technicians.1- السعي إلى تحسين مستوى أداء الأفراد الذين تكون صعوباتهم خلقية أو نتيجة لحادث أو الشيخوخة أو نمط الحياة أو المرض.2 مراجعة الإحالات وسجلات المرضى لتحديد طبيعة التدخل في المرضى الداخليين والخارجيين.3 يخطط وينظم وينفذ برنامج العلاج المهني في المستشفى أو المجتمع لتسهيل تنمية وإعادة تأهيل العملاء ذوي الإعاقة العقلية والجسدية.4 يقوم بإجراء التقييم والعلاج لجميع عملاء العلاج المهني على النحو المنصوص عليه في نطاق الممارسة.5 تطوير بروتوكولات العلاج والبرامج المنزلية التي ستساعد العميل على استعادة الأداء البدني أو التكيف مع الإعاقة.6 حضور اجتماعات الفريق متعدد التخصصات لمناقشة إدارة المرضى.7 الاتصال بمجموعة واسعة من المهنيين الآخرين، وكذلك عائلات المريض فيما يتعلق بالإدارة الشاملة للمريض.8 يقدم تقارير وملاحظات مكتوبة للمرضى الأفراد حول النتائج السريرية ويحتفظ بتقارير مرحلية عن المرضى.9 الحفاظ على المعرفة بالتطور الحالي والتقنيات الجديدة في مهنة العلاج المهني لتوفير العلاج الحالي للمرضى عند الاقتضاء.10 تصميم وتصنيع الأجهزة المساعدة لبيئة العمل/المعيشة للأفراد وكذلك إرشاد المرضى حول استخدام الأجهزة المساعدة والبرامج المنزلية لاستخدامها في المنزل.11 المشاركة بنشاط في مهمة لجنة القسم المفوضة لضمان جودة وفعالية وظيفة القسم.12 المشاركة في التدريب أثناء الخدمة الذي يقام في القسم والأقسام الأخرى عند الحاجة.13 يضع ويحافظ على معايير جودة الرعاية للأفراد.14 المشاركة في الإشراف وتدريب المتدربين والفنيين.skills1 bachelor degree in occupational therapy2 saudi candidate is desired.3 current licensed in country of origin for expatriates.4 valid saudi council for health specialist registration for local hires5 interpersonal skills conducive to working in a multi-cultural environment.6 to be highly motivated and have the qualities to blend to a multicultural team.7 two (2) years work experience in a multi specialty hospital1 بكالوريوس علاج وظيفي2 مطلوب مرشح سعودي.3 الترخيص الحالي في بلد المنشأ بالنسبة للوافدين.4 تسجيل ساري المفعول من المجلس السعودي للأخصائيين الصحيين للموظفين المحليين5 مهارات التعامل مع الآخرين تساعد على العمل في بيئة متعددة الثقافات.6 أن تكون متحمسًا للغاية وتتمتع بالصفات اللازمة للاندماج في فريق متعدد الثقافات.7 سنتين (2) خبرة عمل في مستشفى متعدد التخصصاتeducationدرجة البكالوريوس في العلاج الوظيفي
