It is a temporary job to do converting procedures from the cash basis to accrual bassis for one non for profit organization for maximum of three months monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.maintain accurate month-end records by examining all financial statements.assist the yearly external audit of the company. able to handle the auditor’s formulate general ledger and closing reports by imputing in-depth details of the firm's transactions.assist the top-level management in making critical business decisions by providing accurate financial assessments.ensure arrant guidance and regulation by implementing financial policies in every facet of the company's fiscal activities.skillsbachelor of accounting, finance or relevant degree.knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.adroit soft skills to enable fluent in-house operations and maintain strong partner relationships.strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.sound knowledge of different types of financial reports and balance sheets.proficient use of microsoft office and its applications.cpa, cma and tax qualifications are required
