We are looking for a filipino telesales representative/ lead generation to contribute to generating sales leads/meetings for our company.you will be responsible for generating over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.job description:- make at least 150-200 calls to potential property owners and list new properties- good knowledge of posting ads on property finder & bayut etc- enter and update customer information in the database and prepare daily calling reports.- analysing customer's requirements and suggesting property options as per their needs. - achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing and new clients. - call and fix meetings with new potential buyers for off-plan properties - generate new meetings/leads through calls.- well-versed with dld- making form a, b, f- should be able to prepare mou- follow up with developers regarding nocs-prepare tenancy contracts- follow up with existing property owners to inform them about contract renewals what we provide:visagood salary package skills what you must have? 1 year real estate experience (based in dubai, uae)available to work immediatelyonly for philippine nationalityfluent in english
