A. basic scope of job:responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients using microsoft dynamics crm. resolving customer queries, and ensuring smooth operations and user satisfaction with the crm system.b. accountabilities:provide expert-level technical support and assistance to customers using microsoft dynamics crm. resolve customer queries and issues related to crm functionality, configuration, customization, and integration. conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting of reported problems to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and system administrators, to resolve complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution. assist in the design and implementation of crm system enhancements and upgrades. develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, faqs, and knowledge base articles, to facilitate customer self-help and improve support efficiency. conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to promote crm system adoption and ensure optimal utilization. act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to communicate customer needs, feedback, and enhancement requests. stay up-to-date with the latest crm technologies, updates, and industry best practices to provide proactive support and suggest improvements.skillsc. qualification:in-depth understanding of crm concepts, business processes, and customer relationship management principles. strong technical knowledge of microsoft dynamics crm, including configuration, customization, workflows, plugins, and integrations.proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving crm-related issues, such as user access, data synchronization, system performance, and data integrity.excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users. strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve complex crm issues. d. experience:3-4 /- years experience of in providing customer support for microsoft dynamics crm on premise.e. education:bachelor degree in computer science , information technology or related stream.dynamics 365 customer service functional consultant f. general skills:ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities.team work.communication skills.ability to work in shifts.g. general remarks:only riyadh based resources can apply / banking sector.nationals can apply for the role.final total package is sar 18,000/- unnegotiable.
