We are currently recruiting for the role of project assistant (or an intern for the same role) at our dubai office. this is a chance for the chosen candidate to join a multi-cultural team and get experience in the vibrant and ever-changing field of hospitality consulting. some of the tasks they will be undertaking are as follows:stakeholder management including creation and coordination of deck presentations detailing project scope, progress and results - keeping all entities well informed of milestones and goalsproposal writingfeasibility studiesproduction and management of gantt charts and critical pathsmarket researchrecord keeping duties during client meetingscreation of operational and franchise manualswork cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changesoverall support to the whole consulting teamsocial media managementskillshospitality graduates (preferred) or marketing or industrial engineering degree holders with experience in hospitality or food production industriesnative proficiency (verbal and written) in english is essential. high proficiency in an additional european language or arabic is a bonuscapability to research and analyze data and issue quality reports and content on time, with attention to detaila well-organized team player with the ability to perform various tasks simultaneously, act individually and think creativelygood communication skills with the ability to conduct productive discussions about projects or challenges with other team memberscapable of listening and willingness to learn and develop business analysis skillsself-motivated, competitive and pro-active attitude
