Running health and safety meetings and training courses for employees.reviewing equipment installation standards and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.prepare & maintain hse documents.conduct hse internal audit.presence during external hse audit.conduct mock drills, tool box talk, safety induction, safety awareness, training, site audit and maintain records for the same.prepare action plan for hse improvement.close non confirmity.prepare & submit sops.. prepare & submit risk assement for client review.. conduct hse meetings with client.. monitor and ensure compliance with occupational & environmental aspects of all projects.. at least 4 years of experience in construction civil & mep works. must be nebosh certifiedto conduct/inspect site and ensure compliance to hse. provide support to concerned department to have training for employees in hse. monitor accident/near miss reporting and trends and providing advice on preventative measureskills4 years of experience in construction - civil and mep works.nebosh or equivalent certified.ability to control demeanor and act confidently in challenging and emergency circumstances.excellent situational awareness and an ability to maintain a rational demeanor in emergencies.
