Land acquisition manager - railway experiencegeneral description of role and responsibilities:develop & manage a land acquisition plan to achieve the strategy of the land management function.support in drafting and reviewing legal documents that may include but limited to; ndas, mous, and momsliaise with sar land acquisition departmentmaintain healthy progress reports to keep decision makers updated on findings including the early identification and ongoing tracking of any developmentskillsqualifications, experience, knowledge and skills:holds a relevant bachelor's degree in engineering / business management / real estate or equivalent.has a total professional experience of 10 yearsideally has 5 years of experience in railway projects.held similar role as a senior manager for a minimum of 5 years.this role requires one who speaks and write arabicmust be at a very comfortable level in handling all level of authorities, stakeholders and government entities.
