Lead, verify, review, and control the shift qa lab and line operation activities that ensures on time delivery of accurate results and implementation of proficiency testing and good laboratory practices (glp) for the qa laboratories.ensure compliance to pep mcps msps throughout the production runs.manages the packaging material laboratory to ensure all materials comply to pep and menabev requirements and implement the ncr program in coordination with vendor assurance and qs team.ensures the consistent adherence to sops by the process owners as well as the equipment maintenance, calibration, and good working condition.collaborates with other departments in the qualification process of ingredients, raw materials, and packaging materials.reviews quality data, trends and collaborates with process owners on continuous improvement initiatives.manages lims and its related functions with the warehouse management and manufacturing execution systems.assists the qa manager in the quality and food safety risk assessments; helps formulates and implements corrective and preventive actions.  verifies and validate specific ccps and oprps ensuring within compliance.assists in the investigations, root cause analysis and problem solving related to in-plant and customer issues.assists the qa manager in the implementation of strategic projects that contribute to the continuous improvement of the business, quality, and people.motivates qa team effectively through coaching and performance appraisal, provides refresher courses, and takes the lead in troubleshooting using world class tools (pdca, 5-whys, spc, etc.).  implements the training requirement needs to develop the capabilities of the qa staff.leads people development initiatives to increase the level of competency of all staff.controls and monitors opex/capex budgets for qa operations.  keeps track on quality and food safety related kpis and issues; recommends solutions.ensures compliance to 3-d, sc&o, aibi, fssc22000 standards, hse, wcm, local regulatory requirements and pepsico best practice tools.skillsknowledge of fssc22000, laboratory management system or similar quality systems.  preferably experienced in quality management system.fluent level in english communication (oral and written).knowledge of health, safety, and environmentperformance monitoringerp knowledge  lims knowledgeknowledge of food packaging lawcomputer proficient
