Qualifications:master’s degree qualification from a recognized university with uae attestation in one of the following majors: health & safety, it, finance & banking, medical.at least 5-7 years of work experience in program management within the education sector, with a minimum of 3-4 years of leadership experience in people management.possession of a tot certificate and any other relevant professional certificates (e.g., osha, nebosh, cpa, cma, cfa).experience in the higher education sector is advantageous.training experience as a trainer, training manager, or training coordinator is a must.demonstrated ability to effectively impart job-related knowledge to others in a training setting.familiarity with training and education regulators in the uae.skillscommunication skills, compliance, innovation, committee management, collaboration, grant writing, human resources experience, strategic planning, mentoring, scheduling, facilitation and analysis
