To manage and lead the security team, supervisors, cctv officers and security guards, ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities and that they deliver their duties and, where needed, provide excellent customer service and operate the development of the guarding division. to meet the expectations of the customers, whilst fulfilling all the company procedures and requirements.• responsible for the coordination and implementation of the contract startup phase to include the following criteria:• initial project planning.• project logistic planning.• sourcing and recruiting of contract staff.• agreeing clients’ scope of works.• sop• rostering• performance• ordering of project equipment (radios, hardware) as required.• disciplinary management• liaising with the account managers on daily basis.• regular communication meeting with client.skillsn/a
