We are looking for a skilled and experienced landscape project manager to join our team in zahrat laban, riyadh. as a landscape project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various landscape projects from inception to completion. you will work closely with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.responsibilities:manage and oversee landscape projects from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed in accordance with the client's requirements and company standards.develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure that project objectives are met.monitor project progress, identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise, and take appropriate action to keep the project on track.review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications, ensuring that they meet the client's expectations and comply with relevant regulations and standards.manage and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that work is being carried out according to the project plans and specifications.manage and resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the course of the project.provide regular updates and reports on project progress to the management team.ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.preferred candidate:minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape project management.strong knowledge of landscape design and construction techniques.ability to read and interpret architectural and landscape plans.ability to manage irrigation maintenance system.excellent communication and interpersonal skills.strong organizational and time management skills.ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions.proficiency in project management software and microsoft office suite.valid driver's license.skillsproject managementlandscape designconstruction managementcommunicationtime managementattention to detailproblem-solvingorganizational skillsproficiency in project management softwaremicrosoft office suite
