To help develop future software solutions in an effective manner through the design and code of functional programs and applications. you will work as part of the team to develop products that can help improve nesma & partners’ performance & efficiency• work closely and actively with business analysts to understand the applications requirements • develop applications based on process maps/user stories/edi delivered by the business analysts • identify key application features • work with other technical team members to set specifications for new applications • design creative prototypes based on specifications (poc) • write high-quality source code to program complete applications within deadlines • perform unit and integration testing before launch • deliver clear technical documentations • find bugs and offer timely solutions • test existing applications, identify discrepancies and offer solutions. • learn and implement lean conceptsskills• familiar with agile/scrum • decent understanding of products design and programming principles • sense of ownership and pride in the performance and its impact on the company’s success • critical thinker and problem-solving, analytical skills & attention to detail • good time-management &v organizational skills • great interpersonal and communication skills • great team player • a certified application developer is a plus3+ years of experience in designing and building software product - business/digital transformationbachelor’s degree in business computing/computer engineering/computer science or equivalent master’s degree preferredknowledge of programming languages such as c#, java (j2ee), oracle, bpm tools – appian, html, api integration, etc.
