Our client is a leading real estate company and they are now looking for an accounts receivable accountant to join them. roles & responsibilitiesoracle and msd, and yardi experienced.legal cases experience.manage the collection process (following up on the overdue collections, communicate with the customers, cheque printing and scanning).daily bank reconciliation to match the collection receipt between msd system and bank statements.issuing receipts and statements to customers. skillspreference5to 6 years relevant experience.excellent communication and presentation skills.fixable to relocate if needed.multitasking and ability to prioritizequalifications:bachelor's degree /masters in relevant field.benefits:employment visamedical insurance.
