We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced procurement manager to join our prestigious company. as a leading company in trade and industry, we are committed to excellence and delivering the highest quality products and services to our clients.main responsibilities:monitor the implementation of procurement plans and participate in the development of strategic plans for the company in line with its objectives.build relationships with suppliers that enable obtaining the best supply terms.strategic responsibilities:assist senior management in defining objectives, formulating the strategic plan, and establishing general policies related to procurement management decisions that affect the company as a whole.approve the design of the company's annual business plan.approve the design of functional strategies for departments and action plans to achieve the company's strategic plan.supervise the implementation of the approved plans, programs, and policies, ensuring their integrity, accuracy, and adherence.compare the performance indicators outlined in the strategic plan with the actual implementation, highlighting strengths and weaknesses.provide suggestions for the development of administrative organization within the procurement department.prepare sub-plans and executive programs for procurement management that align with the company's main objectives.prepare and monitor key performance indicators for the procurement department.executive and technical responsibilities:review contract templates and approve them.review and approve purchase contracts.review supplier performance evaluation reports and approve them.study current market prices for all goods and/or services included in the procurement plan.identify future market trends for prices of goods/services included in the plan during the planning period.determine expected prices for goods/services included in the plan.prepare the expected price statement for each month of the following year.review purchase requests with supporting documents, make amendments if necessary, and approve them through the computerized program.compare price quotations from suppliers through the program and approve the awarding of the best offer.review purchase orders through the program and approve them.review requests for opening bank credits through the program and approve them.review the model of insurance needs through the program and approve it.review documents for payment of shipping and customs clearance expenses and approve them.communicate with suppliers regarding non-compliant goods and reach a decision either to return them or obtain appropriate compensation.receive and review documents for customs clearance and discharge services, supervise transportation, and approve them.prepare a report on the agreed-upon compensation value with the supplier through the program.receive the approved report on the compensation value and send it to the financial management and warehouse management.receive return requests to suppliers and review them.perform any other tasks assigned within the scope of his job.administrative responsibilities:work collaboratively with the team, fostering a sense of unity and teamwork.attend regular meetings that discuss work progress and contribute to performance improvement.provide suggestions that contribute to work development and performance improvement.attend training courses, both internal and external, as assigned.ensure the proper maintenance of work tools and equipment and promote employees' efficient use of work time.skillspossess negotiation skills.possess communication skills.possess contract drafting skills.perform any other duties assigned within the scope of his job's specialization skills:leadership skills: ability to lead a team and achieve goals.cognitive skills: ability to think critically, develop ideas, be creative, and analyze data accurately.technical skills: familiarity with the established rules, principles, systems, and accounting and financial methods in the job field.managerial skills: ability to make decisions and efficiently manage subordinates.systematic skills: ability to adhere to the company's internal systems.knowledge skills: ability to learn, stay updated, and conduct research.technological skills: ability to use computers and modern accounting software.communication skills: ability to formulate reports, communicate with others, and handle interactions in a way that serves the company's interests.
