We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior architect to join our landscaping team in uae-abu dhabi. the ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design and development of landscaping projects, ensuring the highest quality standards and client satisfaction.responsibilities:- lead and manage the design and development of landscaping projects from concept to completion.- collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop innovative design solutions.- must have proficiency in industry-specific software such as sketchup, lumion, - prepare and present design proposals, including detailed drawings, 3d models, and project specifications.- oversee the implementation of landscaping projects, ensuring adherence to design guidelines, budget, and timeline.- provide technical expertise and guidance to junior architects and design team members.- stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and materials in the landscaping industry and incorporate them into project designs.- ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and environmental standards in all landscaping projects.skills-bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or landscape architecture.- proven experience as a senior architect in the landscaping industry, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.- in-depth knowledge of landscaping principles, plant materials, irrigation systems, and hardscape construction techniques.- excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.- strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality and sustainable design solutions.- familiarity with local building regulations, environmental standards, and permitting processes in uae-abu dhabi.- professional certification or licensure as an architect or landscape architect is preferred.- strong verbal and written communication skills in english, arabic language proficiency is a plus.
