Primarily finance support to a professional services company:the role requires an experienced and adaptable finance manager with sap, monthly closing and accounting knowledge. in addition, this person will support the business forecasting revenue and sales, working with crm forecasts, financial planning and financial reporting for the legal entities of the local middle east team liaising with european parent finance team.client detailsour client is dedicated to promoting organizational excellence through its renowned model. the company offers a range of services, including training, assessments, and awards, to support its network of members in driving sustainable performance and innovation across various sectors.descriptionto streamline and manage the sales ordering and invoicing cycle:facilitate the preparation of invoices and credit notes.oversee and record the generated invoices in the general ledger and according to established processes.engage in e-commerce activities including ordering, invoicing, and managing payments.to maintain an effective credit control system:monitor accounts receivables by promptly conducting credit checks on customer accounts.identify potentially risky debtors and handle the processing of provisions for doubtful debts.to handle bank statements and ensure a healthy cash flow:process and oversee incoming payments.monitor timely payments to suppliers (typically within 30 days) and ensure prompt outgoing payments on a weekly basis.for managing general ledger accounts and process-based costing:guarantee the monthly booking of sales accruals for items like membership fees, licenses, and projects.to prepare official documentation:assist with official requirements such as vat declarations.collaborate with local accountancy firms as needed.profilebachelors degree or equivalent knowledge required with at least 3 years professional experiencepositive, proactive and adaptable finance professional sap erp, excel and crm skills must be an arabic speaker job offerthe successful candidate for this role will be offered a competitive monthly salary with benefits and an exciting opportunity to work with an international team. this individual will report jointly into the local managing director and the global finance manager internationally. work location will be hybrid - home/office.skillsaccounting, professional services
