Manager - process improvement | finance shared service center | corporate servicesjob purposeas a critical member of fssc process improvement team – to support process improvement lead on delivering reporting and analytical support;prepare robust, timely and accurate governance dashboard of all fssc towers like i2p, o2c, treasury, tax and record to report for monthly reviews with senior managementreview operational reports and provide analytical & presentation support to fssc head and fssc transformation headensure that the data integrity is of highest quality, timely and accurate support fssc tower heads in optimization of business reportingcoordinate with it for automation of various reports & dashboards (alteryx, tableau, sap etc.)drive sla performance governance and reporting for fsscprepare monthly customer dashboards, brm pack, kpi reporting and drive nps & csat for entire fssc team key accountabilitiesdata management, reporting and analysisresponsible to generate, maintain, consolidate and track various daily/weekly/monthly mis reports across various fssc processes like i2p, o2c, treasury, tax and r2ranalyze data and reports from various sources like sap, bpc, bi, alteryx, tableau etc. and provide actionable insights and suggestionsensure that reports are contextual - provide information based on target audiencecirculate reports to fssc internal & external customers (e.g. cfos, controllers, tower heads etc.) on daily/weekly/monthly basis and address observationsprepare dashboard and presentation for customer councils, business review meetings and support reporting requirement from tower headssupervise information gathering process and consolidation of the input received from respective towers. also check the data received for consistency with the underlying business assumptions and prior period performancesperformance reporting of all fssc towers (kpis, slas, c- sat, nps)prepare & review kpis and sla reports for each tower on monthly basis and circulate to fssc tower heads with proper explanations and exceptions.comparative analysis of the performance and trends against plan & prior year ensuring it contains all the required information to explain major variances and reflect evolving business developmentsschedule discussion with tower heads for review of kpi/sla performances and plan for improvements/targetsconduct nps and csat survey on annual basis and share detailed analysis with leadership teamtechnical leadershipclosely work with it demand manager to ensure reports are being automated and available on real time basisproficient in working on rpa tools e.g. automation anywhere, blue prism and excel vbaability to work on big data analytics and system integrationpeople managementensure adequate guidance and training of team members to meet service delivery targetsresponsible for attrition management and timely backfills skillsqualifications, experience, & skills education qualification:professional accounting qualification - mba finance, inter ca, acca or equivalentexcellent in ms excel, vba, robotic process automation, alteryx, tableau, power bi, power point presentationexcellent coordination and stakeholder management skillsexcellent on working with large amount of data (big data) with multiple sourcesminimum experience and knowledge:minimum 8-10 years’ relevant experience within a large organization at managerial leveljob-specific/technical skills required to complete the tasks:strong analytical, process oriented, good communication and presentation skills, exposure to erp. (preferably sap) and sap bw/ bi/ bpc with robotic process automation, alteryx, tableau & ms vbabehavioral competencies:should be able to plan and prioritize tasks, persuasive skills, kaizen attitude, self-motivated; and a strong team player
