Sr. manager new business models & acceleration | al futtaim automotive | new business modelsoverview of the role:what you will do:incubation planning and deliver:create a funnel of future incubation ideas to develop and commercialise by linking new initiatives with auto 3 years strategy across brands and marketsassist in continuous incubation ideation process to formulate new business concepts with department heads and brand mds to prioritize the strategic project roadmapevaluate the initial market potential of the defined ideasdevelop incubation projects vision through workshops and strategy meetingsprepare the business cases to achieve the sign-off for the projectswork on tailor made auto agile processes to accelerate each of the development phases - exploration, validation, and execution incubation p&l management:manage project budget managementimplement portfolio dashboards to track progresswork with purchasing and finance to procure project team and market data requirements incubation project & change management (development and implementation phase)collaborate with business stakeholders to define the roadmap and corresponding go-to-market strategiesengage with the internal and external technology experts to determine the best implementation methods and guide them to deliver the most valuable outcomes possiblesupervise and advise the scrum team to ensure they understand the vision and strategy in sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, and retrospectivesengage internal/external market and customer intelligence experts to provide domestic and international market and customer insights to create customer propositions program and project management of priority and complex initiatives.skillsrequired skills to be successful:automotive oem experience flexible with multi projects consultancy / new business / start up background hands on and own projects about the team:working in a fast-paced and diverse environment, reporting directly to the gm - new business.  what equips you for the role:business or finance university degree - mba preferable10 year+ experience in strategy consultant, new business, and product/service development within the automotive industry with p&l responsibility proven ability in building new, disruptive products/services and taking these to market establishing product market fit. ability to develop business cases and due diligence activitiesexcellent analytical skillsexperience of working with multiple parties and a variety of services, with proven ability in negotiations with agile or other project management qualification well-developed oral and written communication with strong ability to networkstrong interpersonal, team building and negotiation skillsattention to details
