Electrical design engineer | al futtaim real estate | al futtaim engineering & technologiesoverview of the role : electrical design engineer is responsible for designing electrical systems and ensuring their proper integration into building structures what you will do?review design drawings (ifc layouts), contractual documents and correspondingly prepare shop drawing for lighting system, lighting control system, power system, containment layout ,electrical room detail plan etcdevelop load schedule, single line diagram and energy meter schedule, control panel schedule as per regulation & standards for authority submission.prepare the technical material submittal for consultant / client approval.ensure engineering manager and/or project manager are made aware of any engineering / coordination related issues / problems that arise when preparing shop drawings or reviewing design information.review all electrical drawings prior to formal submission. share important engineering information for coordinating with mechanical and public health services.ensure all electrical lv/mv/hv &elv services are coordinated with each other and with mechanical equipment and other building interfaces.execute electrical engineering works required as a result of contractual instructions where applicable and directed by the engineering manager and project manager.skillsrequired skills to be successful :analytical thinkingteamwork and collaborationattention to detailwhat equips you for the role :bachelor's degree in electrical engineering10+ years of experience in large scale construction projects preferably hotels, resorts, missed use buildings
