Electrical site engineer | al futtaim real estate | al futtaim engineering & technologiesoverview of the role : electrical site engineer is responsible for executing and overseeing all electrical-related activities on-site. prepares estimates and allocates resources, including manpower, materials, equipment, and tools. collaborates with client/consultant representatives to address site instructions and conduct inspections of completed tasks. what you will do? review the electrical drawings, reports, and specifications and ensure completeness, correctness, constructability and compliance with the scope of work and agreed requirements.prepare rfis for any technical clarificationsmake quantity take off for all material required.coordinate with draftsmen for shop drawing preparation, review shop drawing prior to submit to consultantmake quantity take off for all material required.review material submittal prior to submit to consultantparticipate where required in all aspects of the project management for the electrical works.manage and supervises the on all site electrical works.undertake the detailed short term planning and co-ordination at site in accordance with the master program.control of the quality and technical correctness of the installation in accordance with the project quality assurance plan.ensure that the works are carried out in a safe manner in accordance with the project safety planallocate the workforce to areas of the site based on the program, nature of the works and the skills required.set targets and monitors the productivity of the workforce at site.implements the inspection and test plan and obtains the supervising engineers approval at each stage of the works.skillsrequired skills to be successful : teamwork and collaborationattention to detailability to think ahead, identify new opportunities and create new and innovative approaches to work-related issues. what equips you for the role : bachelor's degree in electrical engineering8+ years of experience in large scale construction projects preferably hotels, resorts, missed use buildings
