We are a major growth company in dubai engaged in design, fit-out, and we are now looking for a talented and experienced draftsman and measuring technician for our team. we offer:• work in a large developing high-tech company;• itinerant work (every 3-4 days)• progressive and ambitious leadership key responsibilities:the ability to work in programs such as autocad, archicad, a big advantage is knowledge of 3ds max.preparation of drawings, such as measurement plans, ceilings, floors, wall sweeps, layouts of mep and great advantage is the ability to develop drawings of joinery. responsibilities:• measurement of the construction site with the subsequent preparation of the measurement plan indicating all technical elements.• preparation of technical drawings based on the technical assignment as well as drawings according to the instructions of the project coordinator.• preparation and formation of a set of technical drawings for obtaining noc. skillsrequirements:• bachelor’s degree in architecture or related fields.• proven drawing experience.• experience in creating fitout technical drawings.• experience in the uae more than 1 year (preferably)
