Establish and maintain a comprehensive document management system to effectively track and organize documents.utilize document management software to efficiently scan, copy, and store both electronic and hard copy documents.employ document coding structure streamline document organization and retrieval.ensure the integrity and accessibility of digital documents by implementing appropriate backup and storage procedures.implement stringent security measures to protect confidential information, including access controls, encryption, and data loss prevention strategies.ensure the timely and accurate distribution of documents to authorized personnel.analyze organizational document workflows and identify areas for improvement.analyze organizational document workflows and identify areas for improvement.informs themselves of the relevant quality, environmental, safety and occupational health policies, manuals and procedures within hill international and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by hill.perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.skillsqualifications, experience, knowledge and skills:bachelors degree in information management or a related field.with 8+ years of experience in document/information management, including previous experience.technical knowledge of document and content management systems and standard data management applications.a systematic and analytical approach to work and the ability to analyze and solve problems.excellent written and verbal communication skills in english as well as excellent presentation and presentation skills.work experience on a practical scale (preferably previous experience in saudi arabia).
