As a large, sophisticated professional services organization, everything we do comes down to having the right people with the right skills in the right place this is a fantastic opportunity to join the in house recruitment team at ey, finding future talent that will enable ey to deliver our strategythe opportunityworking as a valued member of the mena experience hire recruitment team, you have the opportunity to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience and identify talent in the market directly. we’re looking for someone like you who has the autonomy to become a key business partner to your stakeholders, offering advice on best practice defining a sourcing strategy to deliver the end-to-end recruitment processes across your portfolio.your key responsibilitiesas a supervising associate you will manage the end-to-end recruitment processes for defined/specific business area(s). be responsible for ensuring candidates have an exceptional candidate experience and work independently in order to plan and deliver business area(s) recruitment strategy with little or no supervision. other key responsibilities include:increase engagement of key business stakeholders across the service line by building and developing network and relationshipsdevelop recruitment plans – for experienced hire, mobilize resources for deliverydevelop innovative sourcing strategies for specialist skill sets across all appropriate sub service linesliaise with business to understand requisitions, develop detailed job template and develop pre-screening criteriabuild relationships with external agencies and develop networks to support candidate identification and sourcingengage with business stakeholders and obtain their involvement in the selection process – assessments, interviews etc.conduct discussions and review decisions around offer terms to arrive at mutually agreeable conditionsevaluate sourcing channels (internal, external) using analytics in coordination with hr enablement and shared servicesskills and attributes for successadding value by demonstrating a thorough understanding of trends and market knowledge of sector applying knowledge and experience to inform actions and adapt sourcing plans and improve recruitment processesplanning, organising and delivering appropriate recruitment plans based on a thorough understanding of recruitment methods and concepts working with minimal supervisiondemonstrating an understanding of assessment methods e.g. competency-based interviewing, psychometric testing, technical testing and assessment centrescollaboration with regional and functional leads (campus recruitment, experienced hire recruitment, mobility, talent sourcing and employer branding)to qualify for the role you must haveapproximately 6-8 years of experienced hire recruitment experience, preferably from a professional services environmenta degree in human resources or a related discipline.in-depth knowledge and experience of recruiting end to end attracting candidates up to director from a variety of sources -
