Oversee the maintenance and repair of all construction equipment to ensure they are in optimal working condition.maintain an accurate inventory of all equipment and tools, including purchase dates, maintenance schedules, and repair history.ensure all equipment meets industry safety standards and complies with regulatory requirements.develop and manage the maintenance budget, including procurement and repair costs.build and maintain relationships with parts suppliers and maintenance service providers.train staff on the proper use and care of equipment and implement best practices in maintenance management.monitor equipment usage and efficiency, recommending upgrades or replacements, as necessary.keep detailed records of equipment performance, maintenance, and repairs.lead and manage the maintenance team, ensuring effective communication and coordination.implement both preventive and corrective maintenance program. ·        directs/monitor preventive and corrective maintenance per project.·        assess spare parts requirements per project to prevent equipment downtime.·        prepares weekly accomplishment report.·        coordinates with concerned field operation group regarding availability and delivery of tools and equipment.·        conducts equipment and tools inspection, rental or newly purchase.·        conducts regular staff meeting to assess performance in terms of cost, productivity and resolve problems to be encountered.·        maintains complete historical files and records of all the equipment.·        implements quality and safety policies. trains and develops subordinates.·        regularly visiting the sites once a week or/and when work is required.·        perform any job-related activities as directed by the management.skills ·        15+ years of experience as a maintenance manager in the construction industry. ·        fluency in english (written & spoken)·        strong knowledge of construction equipment and machinery.·        excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.·        proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.·        certifications in maintenance management.·        experience with gps tracking and maintenance management technology.strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
