Compliance manager (cams mandate)we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced compliance officer with a strong background in fintech to join our team. the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the regulatory environment surrounding fintech and will be responsible for ensuring our company is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.responsibilities:·       develop and implement compliance policies and procedures for the company's fintech products and services.·       monitor and review regulatory changes and updates and advise the company on necessary changes to ensure ongoing compliance.·       conduct compliance risk assessments to identify potential risks and areas of non-compliance and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.·       provide guidance and training to company employees on compliance policies and procedures.·       serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and manage regulatory examinations and audits.·       collaborate with other departments, such as legal and risk management, to ensure compliance is incorporated into all aspects of the company's operations.·       ensure that customer complaints and concerns related to compliance are addressed and resolved in a timely and efficient manner.·       work with third-party service providers and vendors to ensure their compliance with applicable laws and regulations.·       prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and the board of directors as required.skillsrequirements:·       bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.·       minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance within the fintech industry.·       strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, such as aml/kyc, e-sign act, tcpa, and pci-dss.·       uae aml and compliance experience.·       excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements to the company's products and services.·       demonstrated ability to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.·       excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.·       detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.·       ability to work independently and as part of a team.·       experience working with regulatory agencies and managing regulatory examinations and audits.·       professional certification in compliance or a related field (e.g. crcm, cams) preferred.
