Role kpis:  sales forecast accuracies. execution of sales & marketing strategies. balance of supply & demand within the business through revenue forecasting. innovation of new markets, geographies and products of the department. sets department objectives & monitor its achievement. key staff retention. monitors & controls internal service levels between the department and otherbusiness units. revenue growth. maximizing of profitability.key responsibilities:1- devising and implementing the company’s sales strategies.2- setting revenue targets for the company and setting key performanceindicators3- meeting the sales managers on a weekly basis to asses company performanceagainst kpis4- presenting sales results to the top management on a monthly basis.5- overseeing performance management of under performing sales staff.6- implementing sales strategies across the company and monitoring itseffectiveness.7- ensuring the organization has an effective sales training programme.8- implementing an effective sales pipeline and lead tracking process.9- implementing best practice in sales techniques throughout the department.10- working closely with the top management on planning and budgeting.skills business and industry knowledge. decision making analysis. team spirit : diversity awarenesssensitivity, relationship building,cooperation, speaking, listening andenglish proficiency. financial competence leadership skills & strategic thinking. delegation and directing performancemonitoring, coaching, mentoring,rewarding and motivational skills.
