Position title: customer service / sales coordinatoremployment type: full time salary: up to 13k aed all inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsjob location: dubai, uaeabout the client: an established supplier of batteries for automotive and other energy solutions.job description:coordinate with sales managers by providing the quotations, supporting with any required documentation, and ensuring they will have high-quality, up-to-date support material.handle orders by phone and email, and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.ensure all orders are accurate and delivered on time and resolve any issues, as necessary.collaborating with other departments (finance, overseas cs, logistics, forwarder, etc.) to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently. handle urgent calls, emails, and messages, and perform other tasks as assigned. skillsqualifications: open to south african, syrian, jordanian, turkish, russian, and other cis nationalitiesfemale, 40 years old and belowat least 3 years of experience in customer service or sales roles within the gcc region
