Role:the billing supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of billing specialists and ensuring that all billing processes are carried out accurately and efficiently. this role requires excellent organizational and leadership skills, as well as a strong attention to detail; and will be responsible for projects billing.responsibilities: provide day-to-day supervision to the billing staff, ensuring that staff is adhering to departmental procedures and ensuring timely and accurate work of the staff.provides guidance to billing team and handles escalated issues providing resolution.review monthly statistics of billings and identify any concerns to billing manager.work with internal departments to assist in resolving disputes on the behalf of the customer.skillsrequired skills:only nationals should apply to this positionbachelor’s degree in accounting or finance from a reputed university. minimum 5 years of experience in handing a billing position and 2 years in a supervisory role. strong leadership and management skills.excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve billing discrepancies and issues.excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and build strong relationships with clients.proficient in using billing software and systems (cw), with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.strong knowledge of billing procedures and best practices, with a solid understanding of financial principles.ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.excellent customer service skills, with the ability to address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.strong computer skills, including proficiency in microsoft office suite, particularly excel and word.good background in supply chains and logistics.
