Position summary:the primary function of the administrator is to perform efficient day-to-day management of correspondence, documents and data files and to assist in all activities related to office operations.principal responsibilities:provide administrative support which includes:• preparation and typing of correspondence and documents• maintenance of correspondence and document filing system• document control• review of documents for completeness and accuracy• preparation of periodic reports as requested by the department manager• assist in the preparation of various presentations• making arrangements for meetings, travel and hotel bookings.• perform other duties as assignedskillseducation/qualifications:• bachelor's degree• proven ability to compose written correspondence• well versed with personal computer and business application software (word, excel, power point, etc.)• excellent command of english language (oral and written)• minimum 5 years work experience in a similar position
