If you are an experienced supply chain professional with a passion to innovate and contribute in a fast paced growing environment- you might be a good fit to join the ultra fast grocery supply chain team . the data analyst role acts as a bridge between planning and operations teams and is responsible for seamless planning/execution during peak and off peak periods while maximizing customer/seller experience. this role involves setting up robust mechanisms related to analytics, capacity management and shipping supplies as well as ensuring our customers are offered the best possible speed on a daily basis. the candidate is expected to have exceptional analytical, planning and written/verbal communication skills.key job responsibilities- act as lead between supply chain and central operations team- set up automated mechanisms to monitor speed- set up a robust processes to communicate execution plans to operations and supply chain teams- support business growth in constrained environment with frugal and innovative solutions- work on scaling up processes at a quick pace, by identifying, implementing available tools/automation.- rollout best practices from other geographies/ companies to minimize end to end supply chain losses- bring data driven solutions using analytical skills to contribute operations and growth in the organization- partner with business and act as lead for maintaining and updating store's coveragewe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:dubai, areskillsbasic qualifications- candidate must have basic supply chain and planning knowledge- experience in data mining, data management, reporting and sql queriespreferred qualifications- candidates must be independent and flexible with solid communication skills and a strong customer focus- outstanding analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills- must be detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to own and follow through on issues- previous experience in driving process automation- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
