The candidate will execute addaera’s research studies by defining research problems, conducting research, analyzing findings & preparing reports.key accountabilities and responsiblities:coordinate the research projects to meet addaera’s objectives ensuring. appropriate quality control.conduct research & monitor trends on target studies relating to social, education, women rights, socio-economic trends and awareness, human rights and immigration & labour regulations etc.contribute to the development and implementation of sampling plans; conceptualize, operationalize and test measures.develop design structures basis which qualitative and quantitate research can be conducted.audit and review (in some cases also prepare) hypotheses, executive reports and detailed reports to provide comprehensive analytical insights for clients.prepare and review project reports for presentation to management and clients.support research and statistical operations relating to research studies.ensure research projects are completed in time & within the allocated budgets.contribute to the growth of relationships with partners, alliances and third parties e.g. industry and educationstay abreast with latest developments in research tools and techniques.analyze and resolve research issues promptly and accurately.minimum qualifications and experience:master’s degree in any discipline, preferably social sciences or research related fields.minimum 7 years’ experience of which 5 years’ similar industry experience in market research and/or public studies in the uae.skillsskills / knowledgeextensive knowledge of research methodology for challenging social issues.ability to leverage new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches and insights.competenciescustomer focusflexibility and adaptabilitycollaborative workingcommunicationrespect and integrityinnovative thinkingproblem solvingdecision makingmanaging peopleanalytical skillstrong verbal and written communications skills in english and arabic
