Operations is responsible for handling all operational activities for ruya bank. the unit handles operational activities that support the entire customer lifecycle, including but not limited to account onboarding, payments, card and chequebook delivery, card operations, reconciliation, and finance operations. · support on processing and review activities, including but not limited to reviewing account opening documents, performing account maintenance activities, processing payment requests, monitoring card delivery trends.· managing adhoc customer escalations as and when it comes from senior management.· adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders.· managing payments related activities using fts and other core systems. · simultaneously manage multiple operational responsibilities while exercising a strong ability to multitask. rectify any process gaps fix through collaboration with colleagues from other functionsskillsbachelor’s degree in business, finance, or in a similar related fieldat least 1 year of experience in banking, & financial services industry.excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are required.microsoft office (word, excel and powerpoint) understanding of basic banking operational activities exposure to banking transactions.understanding of basic banking systems.ability to work under pressure and targeted deadlines.proficiency in english
