Background knowledge in pumping systems is required.identifying new sale opportunities.develop and maintain relationships with key customers and prospects.understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.prepare technical proposals and presentations.negotiate and close deals.exceed sales targets and contribute to team success.basic knowledge of autocad is an added advantage.salaries- 4k -5k aed for 4-5 years exp and 10k aed + allowances for 10+ years exp.aid the sales team by delivering technical support prior to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer journey.craft personalized product demos to emphasize how our offerings precisely cater to the individual requirements of clients.skillstechnical knowledge: understanding of pump systems, including types of pumps (centrifugal, positive displacement, etc.), pump performance curves, and pump selection criteria based on application requirements.sales skills: ability to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and effectively communicate the value proposition of pump solutions.communication skills: strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, sales team members, and engineers.problem solving: ability to analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate pump solutions to meet their needs.negotiation skills: capability to negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales deals.product knowledge: in-depth knowledge of pump products, features, and benefits to effectively present and sell them to customers.customer relationship management (crm): proficiency in using crm tools to manage customer interactions, track leads, and monitor sales activities.teamwork: ability to collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction.technical support: provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and product training.market awareness: stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to identify business opportunities.
