Responsibilities:1. **routing and scheduling:** - plan and optimize biker routes to minimize travel time and ensure timely arrivals at customer locations. - develop efficient scheduling strategies to accommodate high demand periods.2. **real-time monitoring:** - utilize tracking tools and technology to monitor the real-time location of bikers. - address any deviations from schedules promptly and implement corrective measures.3. **communication and coordination:** - maintain clear communication channels with bikers to relay customer requests, route changes, or other relevant information. - collaborate with the dispatch team to coordinate seamless handovers and transitions between bikers.4. **performance evaluation:** - implement key performance indicators (kpis) to assess biker performance, including punctuality and customer satisfaction. - provide constructive feedback and training to bikers to improve overall efficiency.5. **problem resolution:** - act as the first point of contact for bikers encountering challenges or obstacles during their routes. - resolve issues promptly to minimize service disruptions and maintain a positive customer experience.6. **capacity planning:** - analyze historical data to anticipate peak demand periods and adjust biker deployment accordingly. - collaborate with recruitment to ensure an adequate supply of bikers during peak times.skills-experience in logistics, operations management, or a similar role.- strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- familiarity with navigation tools and real-time tracking systems.- effective communication and leadership skills.- ability to analyze data and implement strategies for improvement.
