- estimate quantities of materials and operations in construction projects.- analyse contracts to ensure compliance with specifications.-good knowledge of civil & mep construction methods and materials, take-off calculation, value engineering, boq preparation, tendering analysis, material selection, specification review & update, and fidic forms of contracts.- review architectural and structure plans and prepare quantity needsskills- degree in civil engineering.- minimum of 6 years of experience in quantity surveying.- familiarity with quantity surveying software and related engineering software such as planswift , 3d max,sketchup .- strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.- full commitment and adherence to project timelines.
