Key accountabilities (not all-inclusive)define ambitious targets and key performance indicators (kpis) in close collaboration with the procurement and srm teams to position the global operational support center as the most efficient, innovative, and customer-oriented hub.monitor deliverables in alignment with service level agreements (slas), kpi targets, and defined objectives.compile relevant data and conduct in-depth analysis to generate insightful reports, identifying areas of improvement, acceleration, and optimization.create detailed dashboards and reports to facilitate stakeholders and team members in visualizing performance metrics, identifying areas for enhancement.anticipate potential obstacles, delays, and gaps through trend analysis and market knowledge. proactively propose viable solutions to address identified challenges.collaborate with teams to implement proposed solutions, ensuring a smooth transition and integration of optimized processes.continuously track and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal performance.other as required.skillsstandard minimum qualificationseducation: university degree in supply chain, procurement, international business law and business administration or other related field. cips level 2 certificate or equivalent is a requirement.  experience: minimum of 5 years of operational experience in procurement (public and private sector), ideally in a fast-paced international environment adopting best-in-class procurement practices. language: proficiency in english. other specific job requirements•   extensive experience and expertise in procurement processes and systems, ideally gained through optimization exercises within globally established organizations.•   proven ability to set and achieve ambitious targets and kpis, driving continuous improvement in procurement and srm activities.•   proficient in data compilation, analysis, and report generation. ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. skillful in developing detailed dashboards and reports. •   good team player to drive performance excellence.•   strong understanding of market trends and dynamics to anticipate challenges and propose informed solutions.
