Position title:         collections officeremployment type:     full time salary:               up to 7k aed all inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsjob location:          dubai, uaeabout the client: a dubai based international shipping vessel agency servicing mena regionjob description:  work on debt collection back-office function from customers from 13 countries in west and central africa, centralized in dubai office through following up via phone, email or letters as needed. managing the company's accounts receivable by analyzing customer payment trends and developing strategies to reduce outstanding debts. communicating with internal departments to ensure that customer accounts are up-to-date and accurate. coordinating with collection agencies or attorneys to pursue delinquent accounts, as necessary. preparing reports on accounts receivable status and debt collections progress for management.skillsqualifications: open to eastern european and cis nationalities female, 25 to 40 years old at least 2 years of experience as a collections officer or related role fluent in english and french language strong communication and negotiation skills to solve collection issues
