Responsibilities ▪ following market trends to identify products which are fit for use/ purpose ▪ develop new products with cross-functional striving to achieve launching dates ▪ researching for new potential and reliable suppliers ▪ preparing tender documentation & reviewing responses ▪ negotiating prices with suppliers ▪ involved in writing up contracts & terms of sale ▪ managing supplier relationships ▪ keep approved supplier product programs up to date ▪ on time order preparing, recording, approval and follow up cycle ▪ purchase order preparation, follow up till receiving over the system ▪ resolving financials, disputes and claims with suppliers ▪ promoting best procurement practices across the group ▪ preparing monthly reports & reporting weekly open projects ▪ other tasks assigned by head of departmentskillsskills: ▪ at least 3 years’ experience in a purchasing role ▪ experience in fmcg industry is desirable ▪ relevant qualification in procurement or business is desirable. ▪ positive can-do attitude with accuracy and attention to detail ▪ excellent organizational and analytical skills ▪ ability to work autonomously, priorities & follow up ▪ excellent communication and interpersonal skills ▪ ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels
