To perform all packaging basic duties associated with the manufacturing and filling/assembly of productsin order to ensure all operations are conducted in accordance with standard operating procedures, goodmanufacturing procedures and food and drug administration requirements. follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures andinstructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner follows the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of workjob specific accountabilities: assists or performs setup of selected equipment with guidance from leadership to ensure smoothpackaging operations performs packaging line/equipment setup, clean and changeover activities that require the use ofhand tools, removal/replacement of machine parts as well as adjustments in order to comply withrelevant regulations conducts line verification to ensure that no foreign product or components remain on theline/equipment/workstation provides feedback to inform leadership of issues and errors with gmp documentation performs necessary process checks including but not limited to package checks, hourly audits,etc. to conduct equipment and facility compliance assessments ensures the operation of the packaging lines to pack products according to instruction, schedulesand parameters communicates with own and other team members to achieve the company goals certifies packed finished products meets all specifications and that the packaging schedule isstrictly adhered to in order to minimize all kinds of waste prepares reviews of production, machine breakdown reports and signs to present to management initiates, executes or participates in suitable actions where necessary to prevent or improveoccurrence of quality issues, wastage or machine downtime assists in the update and review of packaging procedures, instructions and control forms to meetand improve the company’s standards raises any machine problems to line leader to notify, follow up and coordinate with theengineering team on repair and planned maintenance activities takes necessary action to prevent others of working in an unsafe manner demonstrates a growth mindset to share and advocate for best practices in order to utilizedowntime effectively contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes andpractices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes,cost reduction and productivity improvement assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of manufacturing to meet company anddepartment requirements, policies and standards complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, proceduresand controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment performs other related duties or assignments as directed follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures andinstructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent mannerskillsqualifications: bachelor’s degree/high school diploma in any related field. 1-3 years in pharmaceutical companies saudi nationality has experience in packaging, powder, tablet, coating , capsule
