We are seeking an experienced saudi hr manager to join a startup company focusing on decarbonization services and solutions. we are looking for someone who is passionate about developing talent, implementing effective hr strategies, and fostering a positive work culture. working directly with the founder and ceo, the hr manager will play a crucial role in building and supporting the startup team and driving the success of the organization.• build and maintain hr policies and procedures that align with industry best practices and legal requirements.• manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.• facilitate new employee onboarding, including orientation sessions, paperwork completion, and introduction to company.• design and execute competency development programs to enhance employee skills and align with company goals and individual career growth.• manage hr administrative tasks, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and maintenance of employee records.• ensure strict compliance with all saudi labor law and regulations, in proactive manners.• maintain hr systems and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information.skills• bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; master's degree or hr certification preferred.• proven experience as an hr manager or similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.• strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.• excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.• demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a dynamic environment.• strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement hr initiatives that support company goals.
